to arrange a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Avalon will
not accept any packages without the RA number printed on the outside
of the shipping carton.

1. Please
FAX the above information to: 949-492-4284
Avalon will return call/FAX an RA number and the factory shipping
address. If you are outside the US please contact your local
dealer or an Avalon International Service Center (see below).
2. Pack
your unit carefully. Use your original packing if possible.
If you do not have the original packaging, make sure your unit
has adequate protection. Packing peanuts and newspaper are not
adequate protection. Tight thick bubble wrap and foam is best
if you do not have the original packing.
3. Please
include a written description of why you are returning your Avalon
to the Factory. With a description of what repairs your unit
requires
4. WRITE
YOUR RA NUMBER ON OUTSIDE OF CARTON.
Packages without an RA number will be refused.
5. Avalon
service time (USA) is approximately three to five days. Feel
free to call on the status of your unit.
6.
Avalon will pay the return freight and insurance via UPS ground.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping and insurance to Avalon.
If you want your unit shipped faster you will need to provide
your shipping account number such as FedEx or UPS.
Note please retain your tracking number for
reference.
